As of Fall 2025, we are excited to announce that our scholarship has been expanded to cover the high school graduating class of 2027!

To continue eligibility...

1) Be a full-time student each semester during your consecutive enrollment at BPCU on the Mt. Vernon campus.

2) Maintain HOPE eligibility*

Disclaimer(s):

Recipients must use the scholarship in the semester immediately following their high school graduation. If a student attends another institution after graduating high school and later transfers to BPCU, they will not be eligible for the scholarship.

If a student becomes ineligible for the Dual Enrollment Excellence Scholarship due to losing HOPE*, they may regain eligibility if they subsequently become HOPE-eligible again, provided there has been no break in their enrollment at BPCU.

*The HOPE Scholarship will be checked at the 30, 60, and 90 attempted credit hour checkpoints; and at the end of each Spring term when the scholarship is received for any term during the aid year.
